Baritone Connor Dalton is a singer and voice teacher based in Asheville, North Carolina. During the 2024-25 season, Connor makes his debut with Opera on the James, appearing as Father in Hansel and Gretel, Ben in Menotti’s The Telephone, and Gerald in Wilder’s The Opening. .

Connor holds a Master of Performance in Voice Performance from the Royal College of Music, London. Past performances at the RCM include: Giovanni Belletti in the UK premiere of Libby Larsen’s Barnum’s Bird, Mr Dollar in La bella dormente nel bosco, Morpheus in Orpheus in the Underworld in which he was praised by Opera Today for With the RCMIOS, Connor has performed Le Fauteuil (cover) in L’enfant et les sortiliges, Mr Dollar in La bella dormente nel bosco, Morpheus in Orpheus in the Underworld, and The Zombie in My Days as a Zombie on Earth produced in collaboration with Tête à Tête.
